02 — My journey so far
From engineer to AI-native product leader.
I build AI-native products from 0→1 and scale them through product-led growth. I spent six years in senior engineering roles in electronic design automation before moving into product, and that background still shows up in how I work: I'm comfortable in architecture reviews, eval design, and cost/latency tradeoffs, and I treat technical depth as a product tool, not a side skill.
Today I lead product at Alucify, where I've built a 0→1 GenAI context engine for agentic software development — a semantic graph of enterprise codebases, a multi-agent ingestion pipeline, and a production eval framework that moved precision from 58% to 87%. Early traction spans 10+ enterprises including Salesforce and Airbnb.
Before Alucify, I spent over a decade at Gwynnie Bee and CaaStle — scaling a subscription platform from zero to 5M users and $40M ARR through PLG, then growing a B2B2C platform to 100+ enterprise retailers including Ralph Lauren and Bloomingdale's.
What I want next is a Director of Product role at an AI-native company, scaling a product-led growth motion or taking a new product line from 0 to 1. I'm at my best owning the full self-serve funnel end to end (acquisition, activation, expansion, retention) for subscription, freemium, and trial-driven products, in an org where technical depth and commercial discipline are the same conversation.

03 — Operating principles
Start with customers, not roadmaps.
Every product I've shipped started as a research finding — a job that the existing market wasn't doing for someone specific.
The eval is the product spec.
In AI-native products, weekly precision and recall keeps the team honest in a way roadmaps cannot.
One activation metric, ruthlessly.
PLG is the discipline of defining a single aha moment and refusing to let anything else jump the queue.
Ship the smallest credible system.
0→1 inside an enterprise means choosing the API shape that composes with what already exists, not building a parallel universe.
